The wine is not only a product of the land but also the story of those who produce it. Tales are told of vineyards, wines, people, and passions here in San Mattia every day.
If you are in Verona and want to visit a commercial farm in ten minutes, you can reach the Veronese hills and San Mattia. Giovanni Ederle’s cellar is always open. Here there are tastings of Amarone della Valpolicella, Rubro del Forte, Donna Francesca, San Mattia Bianco, and San Mattia Rosso (farm produced Veronese wines).
 
We also organise tasting from the crops of Fist-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil dpo Veneto Valpolicella. We sometimes organise tastings of Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella combined with cookery courses or a concert of jazz or light music on Agriturismo San Mattia’s terrace with its view.
After visiting the nearest vineyard to Verona’s amphitheatre, the Arena di Verona, and Cantina Giovanni Ederle, the farm, the orchards, and vegetable gardens, the tastings of Amarone della Valpolicella and all our products stored at Agriturismo San Mattia accompanied by the taste of typical Veronese produce.
